I was so busy today.I am not satisfied with my choice of foods. But at least i stayed under my calorie goal. I am really nervous about my road trip that will last for 5 days. I have packed snacks and water and such. I will hit up subway i guess. Any other low calorie ideas? Thanks yall.Take care x x x x
Ugh yesterday was a birthday in my family and she wanted dinner out. Enough said.But i am doing great today. x x

I was under my calorie goal by 353 and under my carb goal by 100. Today was an okay day. Tomorrow i will get out in the world and exercise. Have a great day everyone.
Evil Special K crisps i am glad your all gone now. I won’t buy you again. They are so dang good only 1 pack isn’t enough. Tomorrow i am not going to have any pastas or bread. I will only eat vegetables and meat etc. Tomorrow is a new day. Take care ya’ll
I didn’t feel good today. Feeling fluish. I did OK. I didn’t keep my carbs down like i wanted but i did work breakfast into my schedule. So i didn’t feel like i was gorging myself to get my calories in in the evening. Tomorrow is another day.
I did try to get more protein in today like the great people suggested yesterday. I also cut some carbs out. I think i need to fit breakfast into my schedule somehow to spread my calories out. Thanks for the advice ya’ll .Maybe the extra protein will help me. I will let you all know how i do tomorrow after trying to incorporate breakfast into my diet. *Tomorrow is a new day*
